We are a family business managed by siblings Joanna Kruk-Godlewska and Rafał Kruk. Our company has an experienced team of professionals involved in recruitment and personnel marketing. From 2004 to 2015, we managed large projects at a temporary employment agency, where we hired between 400 and 600 construction workers monthly, serving dozens of construction sites across Poland. Since 2016, we have been exclusively involved in recruitment. We manage approximately 1,000 projects annually. We have always strived to be the best in the construction recruitment market. OUR EXPERIENCES

The success of a campaign depends, among other things, on getting the job title right. Many companies use different nomenclature that is not always comprehensible to a prospective Candidate. Thanks to the dozens of executive recruitments in the construction industry that I have carried out, I know how to lead a difficult project to a successful conclusion.
