  2. The Data Controller processes your data for no longer than is necessary to perform related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., keeping accounting records). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

    – deletions,
    – limitation of processing,
    – and data portability.

You are entitled to object to the processing indicated in 3.3 c) concerning the processing of personal data for legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling, with the right to object not being exercisable where there are valid legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, assertion or defence of claims.
  5. Data Subjects may file complaints against the Data Controller’s actions with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Website.
  7. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be undertaken in relation to data subjects to provide services under the contract concluded and for direct marketing by the Data Controller.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries as defined by data protection legislation. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

  1. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  2. The website can also store information about the connection parameters (time indication, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the website may store information that makes it easier to link data in the form to the email address of the user completing the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears inside the URL address of the page containing the form.

Obligation of Job Candidates/Employees

The Data Controller is BERKER DOMINIS Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Ostrołęka ul. Korczaka 4. Your consent must be given if you wish to take part in the current recruitment process; however, if you want to receive current vacancies from us and participate in future recruitment processes, you must consent to take part in future recruitment processes.

Consent is voluntary and may be revoked at any time. It suffices to send such information to the following email address: biuro@pracownicybudowlani.pl or submit a request at the company’s registered office. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing performed based on your consent before its withdrawal.

Personal data will be processed:
a) to comply with legal requirements regarding the employment process, mainly the Labour Code – the legal basis for the processing is a legal obligation of the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (Regulation 2016/679) in relation to the Labour Code provisions)

b) to carry out the recruitment process for data not required by law – the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation 2016/679)

c) to conduct future recruitment processes, where consent has been given to process data for this purpose – the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation 2016/679)

d) for the Data Controller to establish, assert or defend against possible claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation 2016/679).

Your data may be transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the data controller: entities cooperating in the area of recruitment, company employees, IT service providers, HR and accounting service providers. Data included in your CV, completed forms and provided to our employees will also be passed on to a potential employer under the law.

The data will be processed until you withdraw your consent to processing your data or a period of 4 years has elapsed. The data storage period may be extended each time by the period of limitation of claims if data processing is necessary for the data controller to assert or defend against possible claims.

You have the right to:
– access your data, request their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and the right to their portability.

– to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
